in food last year, if

food staples at the market.
- Caring
and Sharing takes applications for needy children who will be
given a gift box of clothing and toys for Christmas.
- Caring and Sharing sponsors a pileau
dinner each year to raise funds.

Partners

- YOU
- Our most important members are individuals who chose to
donate
to help us help others. Some donate financially; others donate time and
energy as volunteers
- FOOD
LION -
Our local Hemingway store has been very generous in providing food near
expiration dates that is still perfectly usable, but otherwise would be
thrown away, because it cannot be sold.
- Area
businesses, churches, schools, and associations help with canned food
drives, publicity and financial aid. Recent canned food drives have
been held at Johnsonville
Middle School,
Johnsonville Elementary School, Ebenezer United Methodist Church,
Hemingway First United Methodist Church, Hemingway Elementary, School, Hemingway Public Library, and Safe
Auto in Hemingway. Tupperware
in Hemingway, and Nanya Plastic in Lake City have helped with funds.
